Larcom AG was founded in 2020 with the aim of supporting leading global companies in implementing complex projects wherever there is a lack of internal resources or expertise.
Production transfer and localization projects with the related change management, product development projects and cost down projects form the core offering. Larcom also offers project management in the areas of business development, operation excellence, sourcing, and strategy.
Methodologies and tools
The approach aligns with the processes and standards of the customers or is supplemented as needed by a PMI-based project management (PMP) with agile methods such as SCRUM or Design Thinking. The project management tools already implemented by the customers are utilized. Or alternatively, based on preference, such as MS Projects, MS Planner, Asana, Trello, etc. employed.

With over twenty years of passion and drive for international project management, Lukas Arnet has a wealth of experience. His list of global activities includes China, India, Germany, the Czech Republic, Turkey, Uzbekistan, and many other places that he has personally traveled to for the relevant projects.
Due to his professional experience and education, including his bachelor’s degree in Business Engineering|Innovation with a major in Electrical Engineering, his master’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Business Development & Promotion, and his Certificate of Advanced Studies in Financial Management, he is equally adept in technical, business, and management topics.
